Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in a resalable state, including any original packaging where applicable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items unless the goods are faulty or we have sent the wrong item.
Refunds
Once your returned items have been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed.
Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the products. Original delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a returned item has been used, damaged, altered, or is otherwise not in a resalable condition, we will only be able to refund the scrap lead value of the returned products, as they can no longer be resold.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We are extremely grateful for the support we receive from anglers and appreciate everyone who contacts us regarding sponsorships or free products.
However, as a small independent business based in South Heathfield, East Sussex, we are unable to offer sponsorships or provide free products at this time.
Running a small manufacturing business comes with significant overheads, including the cost of raw materials, equipment, packaging, utilities, shipping, and day-to-day operating expenses. To keep our products affordable and continue growing the business, we have made the decision not to offer sponsorships or free promotional products.
The best way to support Just Fishing Weights is by purchasing our products, recommending us to fellow anglers, and sharing your catches on social media using our tackle. We truly appreciate every customer who supports our business.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
